Your yoga classes are the highlight of my week. You always explain how the postures and salutations benefit the body which I find much more interesting than blindly following an instructor. There is no pressure to push myself further than my body will allow. It is also possibly the only time in my week when my thoughts become still and controlled. I love it and always leave feeling refreshed and sleep brilliantly afterwards! You are a wonderful teacher, for both my body and my spirit, thank you Rose-Marie.

10am-11.15am - Evolution Pilates - Beginners
Gentle Pilates class. Relaxation at the end of the class. Mainly over 60's.
6.30pm-8pm - Hatha Yoga - Intermediate
Dynamic flowing posture sequences, Static postures, Pranayama, Relaxation, Yoga Philosophy. For students with at least 2 years experience.
8pm-9.15pm - Evolution Pilates - Beginners/Mixed Ability
Complete body workout with emphasis on strengthening abdominals and back. Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced students.
Tuesdays
6.30pm-7.45pm - Evolution Pilates - Beginners/Mixed Ability
Complete body workout with emphasis on strengthening abdominals and back. Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced students.
7.45pm-9.15pm - Hatha Yoga - Beginners
Simple flowing posture sequences, Static postures, Pranayama, Relaxation, Some Yoga Philosophy. No previous experience required.
Thursdays
10am-11.15am - Evolution Pilates - Beginners/Mixed Ability
